Hardware: DELL E4310 BIOS: A03 07/24/2010 CPU: Intel Core i5 M520 Mem: 4G Hard Disk: 160GB SATA2 7200RPM

OS: opensuse11.3 i386

Description: When the AC Adapter connected with notebook, I shutdown the OS with the command "init 0" or anything commands else like this, it will shutdown first and then boot automatically.

If only use battery without AC Adapter, it will shutdown and not reboot, which is expected.

I have checked with DELL support engineer and confirm there is nothing error with BIOS configuration(e.g have disabled 'Wake on AC' in BIOS). Also, I installed WinXP for this shutdown test, it works well without reboot automatically.
