If only use battery without AC Adapter, it will shutdown and not reboot, which is expected. I have checked with DELL support engineer and confirm there is nothing error with BIOS configuration(e.g have disabled 'Wake on AC' in BIOS). Yes, after install kernel (version:2.6.34.4-6) from above repos, this issue fixed.
