My ATL1E card showed up in the "Overview" tab. I then navigated to NetworkManagement --> Manage Connections and noticed in the "Wired" tab it is empty. The buttons are greyed out and are not accessible. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up wired connection via NetworkManagement in Yast 2. Open NetworkManagement and Manage Connections 3. Wired tab is empty Actual Results: Wired tab is empty and not accessible. However, manually changing to NetworkManager in Yast does not turn it on. Hence no icon. It will also show the wired connection in the "Wired" tab. To enable the NetworkManagement plasmoid and icon. It appears the network is running. However, manually changing to NetworkManager in Yast does not turn it on. Hence no icon.
Yes, but this part of the problem is fixed already: yast2 can switch between them in the most recent submission, see 798348#c43.
It will also show the wired connection in the "Wired" tab.
To enable the NetworkManagement plasmoid and icon.
Step 1. systemctl stop network.service
Step 2. systemctl --force enable NetworkManager.service
