This shortcut is important as otherwise one always needs to leave the keyboard and grab the mouse which prevents speedy working. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to KDE4 desktop with OpenSUSE 11.2 2. Start at least 2 applications 3. Try Alt-Tab to switch Actual Results: Nothing happens. Works here as well. Did you try with a clean user i.e. without any old configs in .kde4?
For a clean user it appears to be working - I get a popup with a miniature of open windows then. However, for my own account, it does not work. What additional info do you need? Should I upload a copy of my .kde4 directory? In case language plays a role, I have set LANG=C LC_CTYPE="de_DE@euro" because I have German keyboard but prefer US english default error messages. Maybe your global shortcuts are messed up.
