The 'fn' key does not work on the second generation MacBook Pros (it works on the first generation MacBook Pros).
The newer MacBooks with core2duos have a slightly different type of keyboard (geyser4), which has to be handled in a way similar to older version (geyser3). This is already fixed in mainline (commits 694400641b0da92d88db60821235aa69eb8fa556, afd21ee5abd0fef567dbfa234099304886ff83ce and 009ad0e7b43d6cabd74e47db6180f14315b71417 are relevant), with fn key properly starting to work with 2.6.20-rc6. I have done quick backport against current SL102 kernel CVS branch, which I attach. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
