http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=903177 --- Comment #3 from a b <wharms@bfs.de> --- I did an update to the latest stable kernel (3.17.2) and it seems that the bugs are fixed. The touchpad also works. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

It's almost impossible to backport / fix this for the old openSUSE 13.1 kernel. So let's resolve UPSTREAM, as you can always deploy the latest stable kernel easily via OBS repo. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=903177 --- Comment #6 from a b <wharms@bfs.de> --- The kernel-desktop.3.17 did not work for me but kernel-default 3.17 was ok -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=903177 --- Comment #7 from Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.com> --- Hm, this is interesting. Doesn't kernel-default openSUSE 13.1 kernel work, too? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=903177 --- Comment #8 from a b <wharms@bfs.de> --- The bug (nouveau) was fixed in 3.16 so i did not try. The 3.17-desktop has serious problems mounting my drives, that left me in limbo (thx systemd) while 3.17-default worked (like the selfcompiled 3.17). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
