patch fixing 'file' to recognize OpenOffice/KOffice/StarOffice documents

when I use the command-line 'file' command on a OpenOffice file, 'file' answers
'data' instead of e.g. 'OpenDocument Spreadsheet'

Steps to Reproduce:

Applying the patch on a running system is not enough.  One must also as root
issue the following commands:
cd /usr/share/misc
file -C magic
