The PC-speaker beeps continuously and there's a "scr" process consuming 100% from 1 CPU Core. Killing the "scr" process continues the installation. Motherboard has a 8200 Nvidia GeForce chipset (make: Gigabyte) This problem happened with 11.3 too, on a different motherboard made by AsRock that also had 8200 GeForce. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install from Live KDE USB stick (iso build 1044 Factory) 2. Beep and halt 3. Kill "scr" 4.
