After adding the needed repositories the Yast software management system could not find the: - Systemsettings - libQtGui.so.4 - kcm_locale.so - libkdeui.so.5 - libQtCore.so.4 as adviced in the KDE bug reporting assistance tool. Also the recommended opensuse debug packages could not be found in the Yast software management system. I would not consider the bug fixed until a note is added to the "release notes" document. I would also consider Karsten's workaround as a required part of this note. I don't dare to mark the bug as 'reopened' :) but this is how I see it.
