I have a Asus eeePC 1000H with a "RaLink RT2860" wireless device. After update from kernel 2.6.31.5 to 2.6.31.8 the system freezes while connecting to wlan using knetworkmanager. A downgrade to kernel 2.6.31.5 solves this problem but brings back the old problems. The problem seems to be well known in the press and various forums: http://www.linux-magazin.ch/NEWS/Open-Suse-11.2-leidet-an-WLAN-Stoerung-nach... http://forums.opensuse.org/network-internet/430400-new-kernek-desktop-2-6-31... and so on... greets Wene -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
