c) although in the recent maint. update, networkd part was split off to a separate subpackage, but if SLE side hasn't *shipped* it then Jump don't get it still, I'd assume SLE side will not ship it because networkd part is disabled before then should not happen via updates(maybe I'm not correct).
Yeah, the reason this fails is that the systemd-network package isn't available on Jump. IMO the test shouldn't depend on it anyway, but it's still a bug as Leap has the package and so Jump should too. AFAICT the subpackage split is actually meant to solve exactly this - have a package which isn't available for SLE, but available to Jump.
