[Bug 538357] After first reboot after complete installation the clock is 2 hours ahead.

1.install 2.untick "Hardware clock set to UTC"
2a. run mkinitrd to inform the initrd system that now the CMOS time is in local time
3.Log in after installation 4.Reboot
