Because my eeepc is dual core but only 32bit.

You set Hardware: x86-64 in the bugreport and wrote in comment #3

The default can be installed, but there has to be changed a lot to i586. And i don't like that, many 32bits pkgs in my 64bits sytem.

IMO you are mixing multiple issues now...

Re #7 - if you set DesktopBackgroundScaled=1 icewm will scale the image, but not change the aspect ratio. Hence it has to be in the correct ratio to fit the whole screen.

Where do i correct the ratio?
