This is not a package shipped on openSUSE. Installing third party and experimental repository packages is expected to trigger this message. If the package went away or otherwise has issues contact the project owner or vendor. Where did you source this from?

--- Comment #5 from Igor Arbichev arbichev@gmail.com --- I took this package compiled by user wolfi323.
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home%3Awolfi323%3Abranches%3AKDE%3AF...
As you can see, this is not a "left" package, it is a community openSUSE package.

--- Comment #6 from Andreas Stieger Andreas.Stieger@gmx.de --- Right. So not a distribution package. Just a user, with all kinds of left dependencies.
See https://build.opensuse.org/projects/home:wolfi323:branches:KDE:Frameworks5/m... Do you have KDE:Extra added as a dependent project as well? If you use the "openSUSE_Factory" repo, you need KDE:Extra as well.
Moving to community section and assigning to owner of this branch.

--- Comment #7 from Igor Arbichev arbichev@gmail.com --- The smb4k5 package is quite popular among KDE users. Therefore, I have a request - add the smb4k5 package to the main openSUSE Tumbleweed repository.
