[Bug 881762] Yast2 removes #include <tunables/global> line from Apparmor profiles making them unusable

http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=881762 http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=881762#c18 Christian Boltz <suse-beta@cboltz.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |WONTFIX --- Comment #18 from Christian Boltz <suse-beta@cboltz.de> --- I have good and bad news. The bad news is that I have to close this bug as wontfix - as already mentioned, the old perl code is unmaintained, and my attemps to find this bug didn't succeed. (Nevertheless, thanks for all your input and help!) The good news is that Goldwyn Rodrigues is working on a rewrite of the YaST AppArmor module. The plan is to include it in Leap 15, so it should enter Tumbleweed in the next months. The rewritten YaST module will use aa-logprof --json and basically is "just" a graphical frontend for the aa-* tools. This means it will automatically get all changes in aa-logprof "for free". I don't know the exact plan for the profile editor in YaST, but it might be a simple text edit area in the new version. Simple, but much easier to maintain and less likely to introduce bugs ;-) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
