I'll repeat my suggestion from c#2 -- don't start gpg-agent in X11 startup scripts. Okay, that won't work for Leap 42.3, but that's near EOL. For 15.0, 15.1 and Tumbleweed, there is no need to start gpg-agent. It will be started by the first user command that needs it.
