[kryten ~]$ sudo update-alternatives --config vim There are 2 programs which provide `vim'. Selection Command ----------------------------------------------- 1 /usr/share/vim/current/tools/missing-vim-client *+ 2 /bin/vim-normal Enter to keep the default[*], or type selection number: 2 Using `/bin/vim-normal' to provide `vim'.
