First start works correctly, if ~/.Tinyca does not exist or is empty. After Tinyca2 first-time setup creates the CA certificate, Tinyca2 shows the attached error message and fails to start. There is a Debian bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=702233 report. The Debian package tinyca (0.7.5-4) and later contains fixes.
