This fails, because the package depends on libapr1 version greater or equal 1.4.2. libapr1 however doesn't build due to an incompatible change with autoconf m4 macros. It may be tricky to get these packages to build, but I'll dig into it. For the time being I recommend that you upgrade to SLES10-SP4 to be able to get the latest and important security updates? Provided that the OES setup allows for that. The 2.2.16 package is not available, but the delivered one has all necessary security fixes applied. Is there anyway to get it to build on Sles sp3? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=634842 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=634842#c8 --- Comment #8 from Roman Drahtmueller <draht@novell.com> 2010-08-29 13:55:51 UTC --- You will face the same problem with any SLES10 based product, as the package isn't building on that platform (yet). The upgrade that I have recommended was not to get the package from the build service installed, but to be on the safe side with security updates that are delivered for your product. I'm trying to get the libapr1 packages building on the build service. It will take some time however, as I'll have to deal with two drive failures first. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
