Daniel, Christian: You're using online-IMAP rather than disconnected IMAP, aren't you? It works for me in trunk with dIMAP.
I am using disconnected IMAP. After an update to 11.1 GM (+ KDE4:STABLE:DESKTOP) it still works for me. The line TheIMAPResourceAccount=###### is still present. Yet, I cannot tell if the feature works now, since it has been so unstable lately that I have resorted to a manual scp-based synchronization with unison...
