The display does not seem to activate DPMS and power down on my laptop when I close the lid. The personal settings box says to use powerdevil, and I have it set to lock the display when the lid closes. I have the screen saver set to blank, which seems to be working. I'm working on a Latitude D420. regards, Nicholas -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

The only solution this far for me is to disable any screensaver. Only then the screen will be turned off. Running 11.1 with KDE 4.1 and latest Nvida beta dirvers. Have tried latest stable Nvidia drivers with the same result. /Anders -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
