To reproduce, launch the timezone module by right-clicking the intlclock, selecting "Change Date or Time" (or by launching as root: /usr/lib/YaST2/bin/y2base timezone gtk). Select a different time zone in the list view on the right-hand side of the window. The displayed time below the list view should update to the selected time zone. This isn't happening. I think this has been fixed in the yast-gtk update. At least it is fixed for 11.0.
