The idea is to revert those changes for the moment. In the future (and in trunk already), we will split the yast2-gtk-pkg shared object [1], but we will instead presenting the user with only one RPM. There are some measle benefits to the yast2-gtk-pkg shared object, but no benefit (only costs) to split it into different RPMs (since the user has to install them all anyway), which then requires us to create a -devel RPM and all that.
