https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=253423 Summary: bad choice in KDE Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: 32bit OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: cgerdy@wanadoo.fr QAContact: qa@suse.de This is not a real bug, but a very bad choice, new in Suse-10.2 and never used before in KDE. In the basic directory of each user you have a file in a hidden directory : kde/share/config/khotheysrc, the bad choice is : [Voice] Shortcut=Shift+F12 a better choice would be Shortcut=Alt+F12 Because many software use the F1-F12 keys for something and the same with Shift. And it was not easy to find this file to modify. It is the case for my software distributed in free-ware at : http://perso.wanadoo.fr/claude.gerdy -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
