Log in, go to account name - Preferences - Account Information. You are redirected to Novell - Microfocus site instead of expected new idp-portal.
There are indications that e-mail in bugzilla does not match information on idp-portal: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php/540202-Cannot-change-email- address-in-bugzilla

Today morning bugzilla was down and error page said Software error: ... For help, please send mail to the webmaster (novbugzilla-dev@forge.provo.novell.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
