Have the kde programs: konqueror, okular and kile installed, and were working well until a few days ago. Then a few days ago these kde programs stopped working. In the gnome system monitor the status is "futex_wait_queue_me". This happens every time. Tried removing and reinstalling, but no improvement. Does the problem still exist, and also for a new user? 2.) If yes please run 'zypper ve' as root 3.) If this also does not complain about a missing dependency, can you start e.g. kile from a terminal.
