So please either upload nagios-plugins-apt or remove it from the requirements. But I indeed did not find it on http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.2/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/ . bug #778970 also mentioned the missing plugin already. The major problem might be that nagios-plugins-apt correctly requires the command /usr/bin/apt-get - which is not available any more since the package "apt" got dropped from openSUSE. Reducing the "Requires: %{name}-apt" to a "Recommends: %{name}-apt" in the spec file for nagios-plugins-extras is a valid and quick fix. This already has been done in http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/monitoring/openSUSE_12.2/ - the nagios-plugins(-extras) package there also contains some additional fixes that are backwarts compatible. Can you please test, if the new package from the server:monitoring repository solve your problem?
