Within the Installation process a list of disabled repositories is shown. Changing and activating one of this repos brings up a network setup dialog. Within this dialog it is not possible to activate the proxy settings. Dialog window for IP Settings and Proxy is shown but marking the "use proxy field" will not not activate the proxy settings itself. It is not possible to enter the proxy settings.
