If the system is immediately rebooted the next boot will most likely be done correctly. Two boot.msg logs are attached. In the first acpid was not started, and most of the network related services were not started. The second file is for the boot that was done immediately after the previous one and all of the services were called and started normally. This was a fresh install on this machine.
