From 2007-01-09 till Beta1 is a long time to either create package for 10.3 and include them or mark this as wontfix with a reason. Is there a remote chance

Reopening this as tracker bug for 10.3 only. Factory is now moving towards 11.1. There are big differences between 11.1 and 10.3.
