When KDE Desktop appeared keyboard was US 104. I changed it to Finnish 105 -keyboard by System Settings and all is working right. My keyboard is Fujitsu Siemens KB SLIM MF. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install openSUSE with Finnish settings 2. After default installation try to use Finnish keyboard with special characters 3. US English language and keyboard were installed; I changed the settings via YaST after installation.
