Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. First strange item in your video is the pop up menu at the bottom left of the screen on start up. Do you also get this in the downloaded 2.79? I'm running intel graphics on plasma5, which desktop GUI do you use? It seems that when there should be focus on the row of buttons your mouse crosses it actually brings up the splash screen. Can you narrow down the date when this problem started? I'm assuming this happens immediately after blender has started and nothing has been loaded or changed. Can you "cd" and in your home directory: "tar -acf blender.tar.xz .config/blender/2.76" and upload it.
Hi, thank you for your quick response. The pop up menu at the bottom left is the Plasma 5 start menu or do you mean something else? I can't tell when this problem started. I migrated this system from Leap 42.2 last week. I didn't have any problems in Blender in Leap 42.2 so far. Additionaly, there is no directory .config/blender in my home directory. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
