well, 13.1 is EOL, so you might want to close it.

On the other hand, autodefrag is still not supported AFAIK
Not sure what "supported" means in openSUSE context. Comment 2 suggests autodefrag is usable.
and last attempts on SLE 12 leaded to the same situation that a 15% filed filesystem became way to fragmented in production.
That is an important data point. Here I would suggest nodatacow mount option or "chattr +C <file>". Autodefrag might be an option too.
But we gave up 2-3 years ago testing this.
