After creating shared folder with cyrus imap with virtual domains and assigning
"all" permissions to users, these users are not able to write to shared folder.
Error is "permission denied". 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup virtul domains with cyrus. imapd.conf:

virtdomains: on
defaultdomain: defdom.com
unixhierarchysep: 1
altnamespace: yes
sharedprefix: Public

2. cyradm -u cyrus@domain.com localhost
3. cm share
4. sam share myuser all
5. check permissions:  lam share
anyone lrs
myuser lrswipkxtecda
6. then run mutt MUA and try to save a message to shared folder.

Actual Results:  
got mutt error:
imap_copy_messages [a0011 NO Permission denied]

Thunderbird does not give an error but just showing that there is no
permissions to write to shared folder.

Expected Results:  
I expect to be able to save a message to shared folder.
