During booting I enter the passphrase (in initrd). Apparently later during boot to boot scripts want to query the passphrase again although it's already unencrypted. This results in an error message. It's bug 539617 which apparently is caused by YaST. I wrote about that method as a hack for 11.1, on 11.2 this was supposed to work automatically. The magic doesn't work but needs to be fixed in /lib/mkinitrd/scripts/setup-luks.sh (fix attached).
