I will confirm if this is true here as well later today. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I can change the display settings back and forth using several combinations and everything works as expected. I can reproduce the problem reliably if I follow these steps: - Suspend to RAM - Wait for the external monitor to enter power-save mode - Resume - Use the display settings to turn the internal laptop LCD on Let me know if you need more information. Now I have a smaller vmcore (~210MB) and I might be able to upload it over night if necessary. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

I can no longer reproduce this problem with current openSUSE:Factory (kernel-desktop-3.3.0-2.1). Some patch between v3.1-rc5 and v3.3 must have fixed the bug.
