Click on Software Management in YaST Control Center 2. 3. ("update software packages" works as mentioned above). YaST is linked against Qt4.4, not Qt4.5. I think that you can either stick with Qt4.4, or rebuild YaST (packages yast2-qt, yast2-qt-pkg) against Qt4.5. Optionally, you can use the Gtk or NCurses interface.
