The whole dialog is blocked without any obvious progress ... it's hard to find out what is going on there, especially for unexperienced user. Either, please, provide some feedback when NTP use used (such as, writing conf., connecting to server xyz... etc.) or provide just some busy popup in the Date and Time - Saving ... whatever.
