In other KDE applications (and in OOo with GTK dialogs also) open and save dialog windows can be opened only once. Steps to reproduce: Set OOo to use KDE dialogs. Click File->Open, repeat. More than one open dialog will pop up. It is still not perfect, because KWin seems to handle the modality a bit wrongly when the fpicker is an external application (the OOo window behind still gets X events).
