AFAIR I wasn't doing anything in zen-updater before I left yesterday, so I am under the assumption that it just crashed while running. --- Novell.Zenworks.Zmd.Public.ZenException: library routine called out of sequence Server stack trace: Exception rethrown at [0]: at System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.PrivateInvoke (System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy rp, IMessage msg, System.Exception& exc, System.Object[]& out_args) [0x00000] ---- The error message has information in it about Proxies. I do this so that any updated rpm's that I throw in to my home directory will be seen as updates. Were there any other messages related to that event in zmd-messages.log?

From the stack trace that you have provided, it's likely to be a one-off issue with mono libraries. I don't know if it is a one time crash that occurs, but so far in both cases it happens shortly after the workstation is installed.
