I am booting from a USB SSD if that makes a difference. Filesystem is formatted as btrfs. Paul, can you please attach your /etc/fstab ?
After the installation, did you edit /etc/fstab manually?
In that "yast2 partitioner" call from comment #12, it looks to me like you had booted into a snapshot, right?
