I try to continue onwards, but the keyboard 'enter' key becomes unresponsive, the TightVNC X window refreshes extremely/impossibly slowly & so on - when I get to an entry field in the GUI I discover my keyboard enters only gibberish (it seems) ;-) How did you "try" to continue onwards? GUI? Do mean a curses text field or has the install proceeded into the GUI?

By the way, my testing was done with RC2. Until proven otherwise, I think we need to assume that this is a guest-side error, which means that the fix would have to be put into the installation source (not in an update), which means that this needs to be fixed before we ship.
