I have some vague memory of reporting the exact same problem for a previous SUSE release. So if something else needs to be fixed in this package, they can be released together. I also tried to find a way to avoid this in the future, but I am not sure if this kind of fix is ok (sr 71197 to KDF). Thanks for your report. I would like to (try) to fix this in git. However there is no 11.4 branch in https://gitorious.org/opensuse/kdebase4-opensuse And as the fix is different for 11.4 and 12.1 I am not sure how to proceed. I reported this same thing years ago (bnc#381670), and unless you fix your release procedures chances are that it'll happen every time except for those where someone happens to remember just in time. That doesn't look too professional.
