Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any Program 2. Observe openSUSE/Gnome's placement of Window (TOP LEFT) 3. MOVE window to different location 4. Exit Program 5. Open Program again 6. Observe that user selected Window Placement has not been retained. 7. Observe Window Placement has returned to TOP LEFT. Actual Results: Window Placement returned to TOP LEFT. Expected Results: User Window Placement should be retained.
