Simply copying/renaming '.kde/' contents does not work. How to migrate data from KDE3's: 1. kmail/kabc/other kontact data 2. knotes 3. kopete 4. digikam 5. kgpg 6. kwallet 7. konqueror bookmarks/profiles 8. konsole profiles .. to KDE4 relevant apps easily? Most important, KMail and all the pim stuff got converted correctly, as were my kopete accounts and kwallet setting. Maybe it could be packaged into the distribution, especially if KDE 3 is no more the default choice for 11.1?
