[Bug 328463] New: gv segfaults
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=328463 Summary: gv segfaults Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: RC 1 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X11 Applications AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bj@sernet.de QAContact: sndirsch@novell.com Found By: --- gv is segfaulting instead of quitting cleanly when I exit the program (for example by pressing "q"). gv has also not seen version updates since quite a long while. As GNU gv seems to be the direct successor of the orginal unmaintained gv it might help to update to the version 3.6.3 from http://www.gnu.org/software/gv/. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

It's i386. After a fresh install of 10.3 this problem went away. There must have been some update issue, the system has seen a number of updates (also to beta releases) over the last two years which might have caused this. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
