FVWM just exits, looks like session manager is responsible. I can reproduce a problem every time by performing the actions listed below After step 3, FVWM exits and I'm returned to the session manager loging. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. ssh as root to remote server from xterm 2. su - <user> on remote server 3. CTRL-D to return to root on that server Actual Results: FVWM exits, returned to login prompt in session manager Expected Results: FVWM should have been left running /var/log/messages has the following (these messages are the same everytime this happens, the errors don't appear immediately afer login, but rather they are there when I inspect the messages file after the incident has happened): Oct 4 09:50:23 wobvm systemd-logind[592]: New session 11 of user lightdm. I've tried with gnome terminal instead of xterm and it doesn't happen.
