According to the indicator in the top bar, the battery's percentage looks OK, but the time remaining is, a few times a day, out of whack. Right now, after resuming from a suspend, it shows 99% with 9 minutes remaining. Sometimes the time remaining fixes itself (now it's 1 hour, 53 minutes at 93% charge), but I've had a couple of times when it decides that the power is low enough to shut down the system, even though the battery's percentage charge is still fine.
