Fresh instal openSUSE 11.1 on HP2230s laptop, with Intel Mobile GM45 graphic card. Everything works fine even compiz running smoothly. The problem only happens when I try google earth application with 3D enable (I use the linux version of google earth 4.3). After the application try to connect to its server, then the laptop hang immediately. I cannot get the keyboard to work, cannot go into konsole everything broken. Then I should shut it down by pressing the on/off button. It does not happen if I don't set the 3D cappabilities. It runs well. I try to upgrade the kernel using 2.6.28 from www.linux.kernel.org, but the same thing happen.
