That is why YaST proposed RTC time set to local time and not to UTC. But I wanted UTC time in RTC (and RTC was already correctly set to UTC before). I clicked to "enable RTC in UTC". After first boot to the installed system, my clock were one hour off. Are you able to reproduce it? I see that you've also tried synchronization with NTP, but still at the time when you have Local time checked. Could this be avoided? Do you remember what was the correct time when you were doing the installation?
